This cafe has the best coquito latte ever! Me and my boyfriend like to come almost every Sunday morning as a tradition to get our day started with our favorite latte. We both get it iced and it's consistently delicious. I also love the pan de bono! The cafe itself is designed so beautifully and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Happy to support a local family owned business!
I loved this place! I took a quiz here for one of my classes with no problem. I loved the atmosphere and it was very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The latte I had was good and the chicken skewer I had was amazing! The tostones were so yummy and came with a side of pink sauce. I definitely recommend checking this place out. I forgot to take pictures but the place was also aesthetically pleasing.

I was back in my hometown for a short trip and wanted to work remote from a cafe. I did a quick Yelp search and stumbled across Marimba Cafe - the new name caught my eye and the aesthetics and offerings here solidified my decision. I don't think I've ever come across a sit down Latin cafe here in Bergen County so to me, since moving away, it's the first of its kind.
