I called Dunkin customer service today to retrieve an old receipt for accounting purposes. I was unaware it would be put in as a “complaint” for the location’s manager to address - so I’d like to come on here and say how absolutely incredible the staff is here. The black young guy in front desk is very patient and helpful, he had no complaints with my repeated mistake orders 😊
