Great service
Food is the same as all stores.service was ok. The biggest thing that didn’t thrill me was the floor wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom was a mess
Ordered decaf on the app, picked it up only 5 minutes later. Only to discover after leaving it was ice cold.

Dunkin' on Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights is a good but not great spot. The staff is super friendly and has improved, with some providing excellent service. However, customer service can be inconsistent; the staff sometimes seems stressed and not properly trained, which can lead to terrible drinks like a bad strawberry coolatta or old iced coffee. Vegetarian options are available, and the location is kid-friendly with easy wheelchair accessibility. It remains a great way to start the day for some regulars.
