I just can’t put into detail how amazing this Dunkin really is, really great service and always very friendly. The floors and just the building is clean itself. If I could I would give this a 100 out of 5

Their staff are clearly not properly trained. I ordered a decaf mocha latte, strawberry coolatta and iced coffee. 2 out of the 3 were terrible. The strawberry coolatta was very bad, i only tasted water with strawberry syrup. The ice coffee, was clearly old coffee not properly brewed. There were only two Hispanic young ladies and I could hear how stressed they were “I’m gonna cry everyone keeps ordering a latte”. I think Dunkin needs to properly train their staff to work...

I had to say good morning twice before the clerk acknowledged my presence. However, that did not cause the two clerks to discontinue their conversation and take my order. I left without saying a word. I was out the interior door when I heard one clerk say, "Where did she go!". Pretty sad customer appreciation. This is not my first similar experience there.
