The food was great, really good. It's a shame about the price which is a little high but on the other hand in New York it is considered a normal price. However, I enjoyed it, there is free water, drinks that can be refilled several times and multiple free sauces, a great place.
I came from Europe. Our cab driver said it was the best burger joint in town… the burger was smaller than expected. I wouldn't rate it better than average. The chicken bites had no taste at all.However, the vanilla shake was very delicious! The best I've ever had.The staff was nice and helpful!

The burger is good, there's nothing there. We liked it much better than, for example, in the London branch. But: It can still be done better (we think). Eating in the store isn't really comfortable, even though it's delivered to your table (fast food), and prices are already high (for fast food). We found the service a bit intrusive when ordering - tips were very actively requested and then one of the two burgers was forgotten.
