The hostesses and manager were wonderful. My waitress and bus boy were not trained or just bad.
I honestly have a hard time understanding the servers and management at this location. The language barrier is a little rough and add in the noise level and then I literally have no idea what anyone is saying. My salad was mediocre and my shrimp was overcooked. For NYC and the price we are paying I thought it would be a better experience.
My family and I went to the Times Square location for a special birthday and we all had a wonderful time! The staff, ambiance, drinks and food were excellent. Our waitress Sophia was very sweet and attentive. It really was a great afternoon! It's the perfect place for a fun celebration!

However, the place can get loud and cramped. The food ordered was good, and the server was nice. The waiter did say that the gratuity was included in the bill and he shared that it would be split between the server, bar, and kitchen staff. The late lunch was a favorite among the diners. There are also unique dining items like a blue shake in a skull cup which was so cool.
