Overall experience was Ok. Food was delicious and the milkshake was wonderful. The service however was slow and staff very inattentive. When we approached the hostess she was on the phone understanding she was busy we waited. She never acknowledged us. As she hung up a different group who just walked in walked right past me (who was standing directly in front of the hostess) and asked if there was room for 5 with no reservations. Hostess again did not acknowledge that I had been standing there so I said “excuse me we have reservations” she told me to hold as she was going to see if there was space for the other people (with no reservations) took a while to get menus and order. After that service was fine. As we walked down the stairs my daughter slipped on the very wet floor. Same hostess that ignored us when we arrived didn't even really seem to be concerned for my daughter (she slid across the floor hard) all she said oh I guess we should move this mat. My daughter was ok so we left.

When we made the reservation, they asked what we were celebrating. I said my 24th birthday. The staff also asked what we were celebrating so I informed them of the same thing. We sat there for 2-3 hours, watching everyone get sung to for their birthday in front of the whole restaurant with sparklers. After working 14 hours a day for weeks straight, including on my birthday, I was looking forward to feeling a little special. No dessert, no discounts, so singing, no nothing. It's a slap in the face to watch the restaurant sing to a dozen parties and then be ignored.

This was a bad experience. We had reservations for 10 people at 10 pm. We show up on time got seated and sat for 5 minutes with no one coming by. Looking around the restaurant we noticed the other two tables upstairs looked like they did not receive service too. We decided to get up and leave. Unfortunately they did not know but the rest of my other friends decided not to even come. We had a total of 41.
Food was overpriced and not even close To being all that. I took my son here for his birthday and we could've went to Applebees or some thing first time for everything tho won't go back ????????

Very great time. I just was unaware of there being a charge for the birthday sparkler until the bill came. And also the automatic service charge. My bill was charged automatically 20%.

So our server Johnathan was great, and the food was actually tasty... however - the music level was so obnoxiously loud that it was impossible to converse. Had I known I was walking into a club, I would not have stayed. Not was I was expecting at all. Also - the drinks, though cool, we're way too sweet to finish.

We brought three teens with us, and were very excited. Pros: The food was good, and the desserts were really enjoyed by the kids. Cons: The restaurant was only at about 20% capacity, and our server only had four tables, all sitting right next to each other. Service was extremely slow; we had to seek out our server several times to place our order, get refills on our drinks and condiments for our food. Again, had to seek her out to get our ticket and again to finally pay. Was really disappointed that gratuity is already included in the check. The level of gratuity charged was not relevant to the level of service we received.
I was service and experiences outstanding our waiter was very kind nice but our waiter took over 10 minutes with our cards and charge us $193 each to scam us & then charged us another $97 dollars each cause we split the bill
I arrived with my party of 4 late due to traffic in that area. So when we arrived I immediately let the hostesses know we're late and had reservations for 7:15. They were accommodating at first from what it seen. After waiting for 15 mins to be seated the other hostess came back downstairs to let us know she was going to check on us a table and to see where to seat us. Then another party came in, she immediately sat them and when we looked at her crazy she says oh, you all had reservations? We start looking like yeah we said that when we arrived. Like where is the communication? Then she tried to sit us in a tight corner in the back at the top after sitting the party after us in an open and better looking area. So we was about to leave since we couldn't get seated anywhere else after seeing plenty tables available. Which she claimed they were all reserved. We asked for another spot we saw and she tells us that it's reserved. As I recall when I made reservations it didn't specify what area to sit in. So she had an attitude with us. But the waiter was pleasant and he gave great service, even with a crowd! So good job to him! Thanks for great customer service! I can't remember his name.
I have been to various sugar factory locations for many years but this was one of the worst servers I have ever had. She was extremely slow rarely checked on the table and was generally pretty rude. Overall disappointed over our experience today.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Walking in and Adriana helping us with sitting and finding the perfect spot to enjoy. Also with Peace just making sure things went well , and kept making sure everything was alright. I love my whole experience there . The music choices were great and kept us in the mood. The appetizer came before the food which was great . The food came on time and hot. Desert with the singing happy birthday was beautiful. Everything was such a vibe. I would definitely recommend coming to Sugar Factory Times Square. Adrianna and Peace made it very enjoyable .

Times Square location was pretty and clean overal service was nice and accommodating. Good came quick was warm and tasty. The Mimosa flights gives you a nice buzz. Food was tasty seasoned well. Hot honey Chicken was sweet and savory not soggy fries hood. Pastrami sand was good as well.

The food here is terrible. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was rubbery and impossible to chew and it also came out with about 8 pickles on it. Why cover a sandwich is pickles? The pancakes were either stale or overcooked because they were hard as rocks. Won't eat here again. The service was decent, but I believe that was because it wasn't crowded. The staff seemed inexperienced and unsure of how to handle anything.
