“This place is worth every penny. When you walking you’re greeted by all the staff. There is a cat check which was nice on one of the coldest days of the year. The place is inviting and festive. From the bar area that has a cozy cabin lodge feel. Past the glass area that looks into the courtyard. Then to the dining area where we were seated. With the wood beams at the top and the Christmas decor.
Now the food. We were a large party so we had to leave a card on file and we knew coming in we had a Pre set menu to pick from. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Flavorful and well presented. Everything was hot and to our liking. The drinks were well made. My favorite was the Staten Island.
The service staff kept checking in on us. They were very attentive. They checked if our appetizers had been served and went to check to make sure it was coming. There is no one rushing you to get out. They let us take our time eating and enjoying the ambiance there. I can’t wait to return next year.“

**A Hidden Gem in Fair Lawn!**

We recently dined at Sage Restaurant and were absolutely blown away by the experience. Despite having moved away years ago, the staff remembered our names, which made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. The service was exceptional, and the food was nothing short of spectacular.

We took advantage of their two-for-$60 offer, which provided an abundance of delicious food. We started with the Prince Edward Island Mussels appetizer, which was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The side salad and chicken soup were delightful preludes to our main courses.

For our entrees, we had the Honey Roasted Salmon and the Tuscan Ragu. The salmon was the best we've ever tasted, with perfectly roasted vegetables that complemented it beautifully. The Tuscan Ragu was off the charts phenomenal, rich with flavors that left us wanting more.

To top off our meal, we had the Peach Bread Pudding. Despite not being fans of bread pudding, this dessert won us over completely. We cleaned the plate and discovered a new love for bread pudding.

If you haven't been to Sage in Fair Lawn, I highly recommend you check out this gem of a restaurant. We've never been disappointed in all of our visits, and if we hadn't moved away, we would still be frequenting Sage regularly. The owner is very hands-on, and the staff is exceptionally nice. Five stars all the way!“

“It’s the second time that my partner and I have had the opportunity to stop by for drinks in Jasper, one of the employees Bernabe was very helpful and attentive. He recognized us immediately and gave us water as well as gave us the menu. 30 seconds later, Sophia came and said Hi to us and took care of us. “Omg this place is AMAZING! Definitely a new North Arlington favorite! The gentleman that makes everything are so friendly. They also accommodate you if you want to switch something for your dish. This is the second time I've been here and had the linguine garlic pasta ( they make it homemade too). The first time I only had it with shrimp. The second time I added grilled chicken and shrimp. I am obsessed!
