“This place is outstanding. First time there as I saw some IG videos of this place. The location is at Saddle Brook Mall (at least that's what I call it). Plenty of parking. It was clean outside and inside. The atmosphere was modern with plenty of 4 seating at a table for the room it had. It did not have Dominican souvenirs all over. Now the food. We ordered Chofan with churrassco and Maduro. Also, I ordered 1/2 baby back ribs and chicharron pork bellies. They were out of this world. The bone fell off that no meat was left on the bone. OMG it was so delicious. The chosen was so much, it was more served for 2 people. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for and more. Would definitely recommend.“

“Small place ran by a lovely couple with all the signature classic Romanian dishes! This place is a complete hidden gem! The eggplant salad starter is just like my grandmother and mother make, the meats are excellent - portion sizes are huge and everything tastes like a solid Romanian place on my visits to Romania. The star today was the Papanasi - a classic Romanian cheese donut! One of the best I had ever! Highly recommended! Will definitely come again!“

Everything we ordered was delicious, but one of my favorites—unfortunately I forgot to take a picture—was the mixed vegetables. They tasted incredibly fresh with a subtle balance of sweetness and tangy citrus. It was the perfect palate cleanser and made me want to keep eating more skewers 😆

“Many people seem to enjoy this place, and there is a good variety of food and drinks. The food was generally quite good, except for the jjimdak (steamed chicken). It looked amazing in the menu photos, but it arrived undercooked and had to be cooked longer at our table, which took quite a while. When it was done. it was also a bit spicier than we expected as well
The restaurant was very busy on a Friday night, with people waiting for tables. Because of that, it felt like there was some pressure to finish and leave rather than relax and stay for a long conversation. In that sense, it felt more like a traditional Korean restaurant than a bar where you can sit with friends and talk for hours. Overall, the food and atmosphere were good, but the dining experience felt a bit rushed.“

“I ordered for the three of us yesterday I live in Edgewater and I’m big on local businesses. My first reaction was wow $100 for dinner, but I was blown away like always but even more the quality of your food especially the brisket sandwich and the coleslaw wow, the smell of the smoke meat the taste of the sweet spicy barbecue sauce and the beautiful coleslaw made me so happy. “One of the best BBQ places. Food is plentiful and perfectly prepared. The service is prompt and pleasant. The prices are very reasonable. 6 family members had full platters-chicken ribs fries & rice with a large side salad $93 that included a tip. Parking is a nightmare but it can be it's worth the headache. Highly recommend“

The sweet potato fries were excellent and enough for two people. The chips that come with the burger were also good. My wife had the regular burger with no cheese and an order of regular fries. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. We were given a little disc that lit up and vibrated when the order was ready to be picked up at the counter. One of the best burgers around! A little pricy, but definitely worth it! “By far my fave kbbq spot. The meats are high quality and the servers are always very friendly. Their marinated short ribs and house special spicy pork are my absolute faves. Love how the charcoal flavor gets into the meat. Their mool nengmyun (buckwheat noodles in a cold broth) compliments their bbq meats really well, and their broth is the real deal. The Korean-style beef tartare (over seasoned sushi rice) is phenomenal and my must-eat every time I go.“

I ordered the jerk pork, rice and peas, cabbage/carrot dinner, along with a large goat soup, festival and a Soursop drink. The pork is divine, well seasoned, juicy, tender and succulent, the rice and peas were flavorful and moist, the cabbage/carrots were very tasty too. The “goat” soup had 1 piece of goat inside but that not withstanding it was seasoned well. The Soursop drink was delicious a bit sweet but still very good.
