Our server Ana was very attentive, sweet, and welcoming! Whenever we would need help/assistance, she and other staff would come right away or even without us asking! The restaurant also has many options and our family had a very enjoyable experience here, definitely will come back!

Excellent service from out server Vivi! Would 100% come again and take more people to enjoy this wonderful establishment. Also the ice cream is really light which is awesome

Based on the reviews, The Moon Korean BBQ & HOT POT offers excellent food and service. The food was amazing, with the kbbq being excellent. There is a variety of food from k-bbq to sushi to seafood, and the Bingsu (shaved ice) also tastes good. The quality and freshness of all the ingredients were excellent. The servers are super friendly, helpful, and personable. They assist with cooking the meat, give good recommendations on what to order, and provide exceptional service. Every request is handled promptly and with great care. The experience is elevated significantly thanks to their outstanding hospitality. This place is highly recommended.
