Its incredibly filling, hot and textures were right. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a Jewish Chinese restaurant. Jews at the counter, Chinese cooking. The experience alone was worth the stop! Will definitely be coming back next time we are in town!“

“What a treat to stumble upon Parker & Quinn! It was an intimate atmosphere and a perfect night for me and my 10-year-old daughter. The kids’ menu was so good (the pasta was homemade and so delicious that I had to enjoy a few bites!), and my margarita flatbread was incredible. Great service from our server and another gentleman (the manager?) who came over multiple times to check on us. When it came to dessert, my son asked “can we get another skate?” Flavors were balanced and full and the skate, beef longanisa and momos were the favorites for us. It is very cozy and homey and the service felt like family. Oh, and my watermelon cocktail was excellent too. We are so excited about Ramro being so close and in the neighborhood; this will be our new family favorite.“

“We ordered the cheeseburger without onion and without pickles and the burger arrived with some sort of relish on it, which left a nasty after taste, which the server informed us that he had specified that he notated the request to not have onions or pickles on the burger, but we were not able to get another burger remade since we were in a hurry to catch our flight. It left a very bad after taste and that was truly disappointing because it was one of those “New York” experiences that we were looking forward to that now has been clouded.“

Atmosphere was pretty live for a Thursday night. My friend ordered the double smash burger with an espresso martini which she said was also good. Thursdays their wings are $1, will have to come back to try them.“

“I was first introduced to Carla's two years ago and I have been dreaming of both their Hibiscus Margaritas and Grilled Corn Romaine Salad ever since. YES A SALAD!

Happy to say I finally had the opportunity to return for an intimate birthday celebration and everything was just how I remembered it.

Cute and quaint, with good service and food, a great vibe!

Without a doubt I absolutely ordered the roasted corn salad. It has tomatoes, avocado, roasted corn, Romain lettuce, and an amazing dressing. I added the pan seared chicken. The chicken was super flavorful and juicy, and extremely tender, not overdone. The salad was magical just as I remembered it. In addition the guac was fresh and the Hibiscus Margs was a tasty way to wash it all down.

It's amazing how I dream about this salad. It's a good thing I don't live close because I would have no problem factoring in this salad which is a little pricey into an almost daily budget. Lol.

Needless to say I will not be reminiscing about this salad for two years again. I will be back sooner than you think.

“This is what we call “fine dining.” We did not reserve the main dining room, as one of our party did not care for prix fixe. We opted for the lounge as you can have from the menu or prix fixe. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a pleasant hat/coat check lady. We arrived early and said we would wait for the other couple and were invited to wait in the intimate cocktail area. The cocktails were superb and served with a house-made cocktail snack. When the guests of the party arrived, we were escorted to the lounge area. An intimate area with about six to eight tables. After being seated and greeted by the head server (maître d' or captain), who explained our options, we all opted for the menu. After looking at all the choices, we decided to split two appetizers. Even though the number of items on each choice was uneven, the server said, “Let me take care of it". And then beautifully presented plates arrived with equal portions. And it only got better from there. The entrées were each explained in detail, including their origins and how they were prepared. I could go on and on. The fish, beef, duck breast, and pork were everything we expected and more. We all commented, maybe the best we have had. The house made desserts were perfect. I had possibly the best cheese plate I have ever had. The entire staff of servers were professionals and enhanced the evening. The most disappointing part of the evening was when a guest entering the dining room (after removing his overcoat) came in dressed in Dockers and a short-sleeve polo. This is an insult to the owner, the chef, and the entire staff at this fine restaurant. But maybe he was an elite or a “special” person. We all said we would be back.“

We selected this restaurant because their is ample space between tables which is a rarity These days at the majority of the restaurants in New York City.
