I get it. You were hungry. You needed food. It was the only place open on a Sunday night. You wanted to watch people wave thier arms and call it art.Fear not. This place was better than expected. Most of it was pretty decent. 4 stars is not decent. It's good. That's because the turkey club was good. Like really good. Like don't bother ordering anything else. OK. The kale avacado spinich salad thing was pretty darn good too. But the turkey club was too good to pass up....read full review

Nice large open concept space in the middle of the concourse level of Rockefeller Plaza. Reminiscent of an airport lounge. I like it! Regular, American type menu including apps, burger, roasted chicken, etc. nothing fancy. I got the roasted chicken and a side of mashed potatoes. The potatoes were especially yummy, very homemade tasting and oh so buttery!! The chicken was really good as well! Very flavorful and fresh and hot. I was invited to join a group of friends at 5 Acres for dinner. I would not normally have stumbled on this place given the underground location.I struggled with the ambiance as there aren't any windows and it's part of a maze of underground shops beneath the Rockefeller plaza. I ordered the fried calamari to start and the hanger steak - both were average - though I did really like the lettuce they used for the side salad, it was really fresh.
