I had the fried dumpling, calamari, salmon salad and a pina colada which were all very delicious. I also had the chocolate fried ice cream because they were out of the vanilla flavor and that was tasty. I felt that the portion size of the salad and fried ice cream was a bit small but they were both delicious. The service/hospitality was great as well. Our waitress kept checking in with our table and answered all of our questions regarding the menu.“

“Absolutely delicious Oaxacan food. I've always wanted to visit Oaxaca and this place definitely gave us a taste of what it will be like. The restaurant is small with a few tables but it wasn't crowded when we went for lunch on a holiday Monday. My boyfriend and I shared the mole poblano, mole oaxaqueño, and molcajete. The mole dishes came with rice, beans, and warm tortilla and I also got a small horchata. Everything came out piping hot and fresh, bursting with flavor with every bite. Nothing was too spicy but if you like sweeter things, I would highly recommend the mole poblano.“

We had two non vegans with us and they absolutely loved it. We always just order all the dumplings and a bunch of rolls. With having two extra people I wasn't too full for dessert for once and ordered the Ube Cashew Cheesecake and WOW!!! it was soooo good. The is a school near by and the location was full with teens enjoying frozen yogurts and milkshakes. I had nom issues what so ever. What won me over was the taste of the food. Excellent I will say. “I tried takeout from Lovin' Today, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never tried vegan chorizo before, so I was kind of worried about whether I'd like it or not. It actually still had the same kind of spice of regular chorizo. To be honest, I didn't seem to notice that much of a difference between this vegan chorizo and regular chorizo. And they gave a lot of it in the taco as well, so I was happy with that. I also got brown rice as a side. It was a hearty portion size of rice. I got vegan naan bread, which tasted delicious and exactly like regular naan bread. I also loved that they sealed the boxes with tape with a drawn heart on it. It's a small detail, but it shows there was care put into putting my meal together. Overall, i was happy with my meal, and I would definitely order from them again.“

Sweetgreen is the same way: their dressings taste strange, they often don't mix their bowls well, etc. Just Salad does not only serve salad (they serve soup, wraps and smoothies too), but their salad is miles above Sweetgreen at a similar price margin. Their ingredients are fresh, their protein options are delicious, and their staff is friendly and helpful! This has passed up sweetgreen as my go-to salad spot in the area.“

I usually get the spicy harissa sauce on the side because it can get very spicy on the bowl. I like putting the spicy sauce on the hummus and eating it with pita that comes with the bowl.
