“This place has been around for as long as I can remember. I vaguely remember them being in a different location though.....on the corner adjacent to them.....where CVS is now (they expanded that space. The place is small with no tables. There's just a couple of stools by the window. We always order delivery though. Family run by husband, wife and son. They are all very nice and delivery is always within 30 minutes. I've tried a bunch of things from there. Egg sandwiches, cold cut sandwiches, BLTs, burgers, pasta salad, fries etc. I haven't disliked anything. Their fries are a must get! Not sure why they're so good, but they are. As for the pricing, everything is under $10 which is great! Definitely check them out!“

The sofia salad was superb and the Lobster Vodka Rigatoni, was the best meal I’ve had this year.

The octopus unfortunately was severely overcooked, it was truly inedible, but the rest of the food more than made up for it.

“Had an excellent experience at Proof & Prov in Englewood. If you’re a pizza person, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Their Detroit-style pizza is seriously impressive—the crust has that perfect combination of a crispy, cheesy edge with a light and airy interior. It’s not the heavy, overly greasy square pizza you might expect.

I also love that they put a creative spin on their menu while still keeping the classics strong. From the traditional pepperoni to more adventurous combinations, there’s a lot here for both the classic pizza lover and someone who wants to try something different. The retro-inspired space is clean, cool, and has a great neighborhood feel. You can tell this isn’t just another pizza shop—they’ve put real thought into the concept and the details.

Due to its thick texture, a couple of the straws cracked; it was a small inconvenience to pay for a tasty shake.

There aren’t that many places open between five and six that are making fresh hot food so early in the morning! The bagel was absolutely delicious!“
