Jackson Hole easily makes one of the best burgers I've ever had, tied to Choripan Rodizio in Hackensack. Atmosphere is like a 50s-60s time period encapsulated in a diner. My only complaint is that they do not take card, perhaps sticking to the old-style aesthetic a little too closely, but its not enough to hinder the experience.
So, I thought this Jackson Hole was closed permanently but it's open. This establishment seemed to be run by 100% Mexicans. From the cook, to the cashier, to the servers. Place is small. Seating is small and hard. They have 3 seating sections. The side with the old school stove had the most space. But I can honestly say, that I was not comfortable sitting in the place.
