“I just have to give a shout out to spring bagels this morning at 5:45 am I was able to order and everything bagel. Outcome a steaming hot fresh bagel right from the oven. There aren’t that many places open between five and six that are making fresh hot food so early in the morning! The bagel was absolutely delicious!“

“With a name as generic as Bagel Shop in NYC, you better be good. Any concerns regarding quality were quickly dispelled when we walked through the door. The place was packed. We ordered a very basic selection of bagels and assorted spreads, nothing fancy. Overall, the food was great and the coffee was too...piping hot which is a plus. This is clearly a solid local spot with a well deserved reputation. We are glad we visitied and would return.“

“This was my second time visiting this café. The first time we tried the bagels and really enjoyed them. This time, we ordered an Italian hero, but it honestly didn’t impress me. I know it’s a simple dish, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The lettuce was served as a whole leaf instead of being properly chopped, and the sandwich was quite dry—I had to ask for extra vinegar to make it better.

The service is good, but this is definitely a place for bagels. I wouldn’t expect much from the rest of the menu.“

“I always get great service in this place. The food is fantastic (especially for the price). Their salads are made fresh on the spot... they cut everything fresh as they need em... they don't store the lettuce pre cut in tubs like most restaurants do. This is just an example of what sets Ben's apart from most places. Apollo Bagels is often recommended as one of the best places for bagels in New York, so we had to check it out.

We ordered the smoked salmon everything bagel, and it was absolutely delicious.

The bagel is made with sourdough, which makes it slightly less chewy than a traditional bagel, but I really liked the flavor and seasoning. It also looked beautiful—just as good visually as it tasted. It is served like an open face sandwich.

I do wish they had been a bit more generous with the smoked salmon.

That said, Apollo Bagels is definitely worth a visit. You’re very likely to enjoy it.“

“34th Bagels & More was one of our favorite bagel spots during our time in Midtown Manhattan. While in New York we made it a point to have bagels every day, and this place definitely delivered that classic NYC bagel experience. Located right in Midtown, it’s a great quick stop whether you’re heading out for the day or grabbing breakfast before exploring the city.

The shop had a nice local neighborhood feel with a huge selection of fresh bagels, spreads, breakfast options, sandwiches, and coffee. I went with the onion bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, and it was perfect. The bagel was fresh, soft on the inside with a nice chewy texture, and the onion flavor really stood out. The jalapeño cream cheese added just the right amount of spice and creaminess without overpowering the bagel.

One thing you immediately notice is how fresh everything tastes. The portions were generous, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere had that busy New York breakfast vibe that makes the experience even better. “Used the food truck in midtown, was in nyc for the fifa WC, from the UK. I had the chicken over rice, was served by a guy named Meddy. Very nice guy and super friendly even tho he was wrapping up a 12 hr shift. The food was banging, and the portion was more than enough, I had to finish the last bit in the hotel room. So big up meddy my Egyptian brother, wish we had more time to engage in our conversation. So keep doing what your doing meddy. Would highly recommend the food from this truck. “I stopped into Knead a Bagel this morning and had to leave a review because it was honestly one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Rima offered to make me a special lox bagel, and wow was it good. I’ve had a lot of lox bagels, but this was genuinely the best one I’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly balanced.. the right amount of lox, cream cheese, and toppings. Nothing was overwhelming and nothing was lacking. Every bite was perfect.

What really stood out, though, was Rima herself. She was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. You can tell she cares about the food she’s making and the people she’s serving. She completely made my morning and turned a quick breakfast stop into something memorable.

“Definately my favourite bagel place in the neighborhood. I tried both take out and dine in. The quality of the food is great, tons of cream cheese options! the restaurant has a few tables, they are quite small. It gets BUSY quickly, so finding a spot in rush hours isn't always easy. I've seen the line wrapping around the corner but they are also very fast.
They have another location as well in UWS, and I once placed my order for pickup in the wrong location and they managed it internally and still gave me my lunch. Absolutely love this place.“

“Honestly one of the best bagel spots in the area! The bagels are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. I got the garlic bagel with chicken salad and it was so good.
