“I TOTALLY don't understand the low ratings here. This place is what I was looking for in a bagel...and more. I went about 8:45am, which is kinda late for a fresh bagel. The bagels were amazingly fresh & warm. I went in for 2 bagels & left with 2 breakfast sandwiches & 7 bagels (bought 6 and she gave me a free one). A perfect crisp on the outside and soft & warm inside. Service was awesome & prices were better than decent. Will be back & highly recommended.“

Always hits the spot and revives me! The bagels are consistently perfect, soft and delicious, my favorite is pumpernickel but their egg everything is also great. I go with SEC +avocado and hashbrown, SPK. The portions are always great and loaded. And lastly, can't beat their prices! We love Henry's!“

“This has to be one of the Best bagel stores in NJ. Eric and Christie are amazing owners and everything is made fresh, including the variety of Cream cheeses they offer. Have to try the sundried tomato cream cheese, it is a favorite. The staff are friendly and pleasant and very efficient in what they do. I call ahead my order being they are always busy. Don't be surprised if when you arrive there is a line out the door, they are that good. 👍“

“I always get great service in this place. The food is fantastic (especially for the price). Their salads are made fresh on the spot... they cut everything fresh as they need em... they don't store the lettuce pre cut in tubs like most restaurants do. This is just an example of what sets Ben's apart from most places. Now, yes, I know they pride themselves for their bagels, but truth be told, I don't eat bagels... but my wife LOVES their bagels. -Boots“

A huge thank you to Mudy, the owner, for his hospitality! Since it was my first time here a French toast muffin made in house was given to me as a courtesy. Which was very kind! The muffin was so moist, had great flavor, the texture of the muffin top was light and crisp as well! This bagel shop has amazing prices! “Absolutely the best bagel there is. Each one no matter the flavor is a delight. And their food that they put on the bagel is delicious. Get there before 3;30 PM if you want sliced cheese because they close the slicer at 3;30. I know if I get there at 3;32 PM the slicer is off. So I get tuna fish instead and it’s about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and do a good job. What a place!“

“I stopped into Knead a Bagel this morning and had to leave a review because it was honestly one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Rima offered to make me a special lox bagel, and wow was it good. I’ve had a lot of lox bagels, but this was genuinely the best one I’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly balanced.. the right amount of lox, cream cheese, and toppings. Nothing was overwhelming and nothing was lacking. Every bite was perfect.

What really stood out, though, was Rima herself. She was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. You can tell she cares about the food she’s making and the people she’s serving. She completely made my morning and turned a quick breakfast stop into something memorable.

Great food is one thing, but great food made by genuinely kind people is what keeps you coming back. Thank you, Rima, for the amazing bagel and for starting my day off on such a good note. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I found this gem of a spot when visiting family in NJ. This has to be the best I’ve had since becoming celiac 6 years ago. The bakery items are to die for and the bagel breakfast sandwiches are the best ever. I got to stop in this past weekend and got a few goodies to bring home. If you are gluten free and in the are do not pass this place up.“

“Standard NY bagel place. The neighborhood shop in Washington Heights. Crunchy and chewy, like a bagel should be. Had a slight chemical flavor to them. Maybe a weird batch...I'll still try them again.

Beautiful area Downtown Hackensack and super easy parking! The service was fast, the options were plentiful, and the Bagels were amazing!!! “I tried the famous bagel with salmon, chicken soup, ice cream, and coffee. The ice cream was delicious and, most importantly, not too sweet!!! I especially loved the frozen yogurt, and the coffee was really good too. During my two weeks in NYC, I ended up coming back several times just for the ice cream. Definitely worth a try!“

I got a SBEC and it was delicious full of flavor. The portion def filled me up. The daisy muffins were ok. They were a little too greasy to my liking. But all in all would def come back“

“Broadway Bagel is good for a lot of things but it's better to tell you what its not good for because it's smaller. their pastrami, very chewy & fatty. I got a wrap & was horrible because I was fighting with the pastrami to bite off a piece & then getting fat in your mouth is disgusting. At times when I get a breakfast sandwich with bacon it's like that's when they choose to hide fatty bacon instead of giving you well cooked bacon. How does an establishment do that to their customers? The tuna wrap w/ French fries, I usually order but now they're adding lettuce when before it was onions & avocado now they're putting celery & adding lettuce. why did they mess with such a great sandwich? Certain staff I work with like their blueberry pancakes, homefries, BLT. But like I said too many times I bought a BLT & it was filled with a lot of fatty bacon. I look at my food before I eat it. They used to have different flavors of OJ, Mango/Pineapple, Strawberry/Banana/Orange, but now all they have is regular OJ. They're changing how they made stuff and they changed the working crew so all I can say is I mostly get breakfast. It's hit & Miss for a lot of things because I like my food the way anyone having a business should make the food for their customers; with love & as best as possible.“

“This is our favorite place for bagels in Tenafly. We moved from NYC and missed our morning bagels and thought we’d never find a good replacement. Their bagels are soft enough but not doughy and their everything bagel has the perfect amount of seasoning. I like that this bagel has a little salt in the seasoning and a little onion bite. The owners learned our “usual” quickly and are super nice.“
