The Humble Toast Reviews
I was less than impressed with the food.
Food was not very good, but great portion sizes.
Delicious food at fair prices. Only complaint is that our 2 entrees were served 15 minutes apart, and since both involved hot food, the 1st couldn't just sit 'til the 2nd arrived.
Otherwise, Great!

The Humble Toast is a kosher restaurant known for its mixed reviews. The staff is described as "very sweet," and the fries, especially the Queen Anne fries, are highly praised as some of the best ever tasted. The menu offers a variety of options, including the turkey sandwich with beef bacon, which some find disappointing as the beef bacon was "ice cold and tasted old," and the turkey sandwich was not made in-house as claimed. The restaurant also serves chicken dishes that many enjoyed, such as chicken Ceaser wrap, which received positive remarks. Customers appreciate the generous portions and affordable prices, with one reviewer calling it "one of the best kosher food" they had. The open kitchen allows diners to see their food prepared, adding to the appeal. However, some issues with cleanliness were noted, including unclean tables and dishes, and the service can be a bit stressed, leading to longer wait times, such as entrees being served 15 minutes apart. Despite these drawbacks, many guests recommend the French dip sandwich, describing it as "delicious," and praise the churros for dessert. Overall, The Humble Toast has potential but could improve in consistency and cleanliness to enhance the dining experience.
