FW is everything we love the service and vibe.
We had a great time. The wait was a bit long to be seated but the food and service and ambiance made up for it. A.R. was great. He went above an beyond.
We stopped in a round 1:00 pm and were seated immediately. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We ordered the turkey biscuits and gravy, the salmon frittata, the chickichanga, and a soup sandwich combo. Our server was amazing and checked in on us just enough.

First Watch is a breakfast and brunch chain restaurant located at the Bergen Town Center in Paramus, New Jersey. It is found in the lower level parking lot next to Home Goods, not inside the mall itself. The restaurant is family friendly with a nice ambience and comfortable chairs. Guests are greeted upon arrival by hosts and the manager. The service is often outstanding and helpful, with servers described as super attentive, extremely pleasant, and ensuring orders are handled properly even when busy.
The food comes out fast and overall everything is tasty, pleasing even picky eaters. Specific menu items receive high praise. The Double Bacon Parmesan Hash is a unique and phenomenal signature breakfast plate, topped with a vegetable medley, over easy eggs, bacon, and smothered in Alfredo sauce; it is very filling without causing bloating. The Power Wrap is noted as a must, very filling, and can be requested with non-egg whites. The Breakfast Carne Asada is also highlighted as so good, though there is a note it may be removed from the menu. The coffee service is a bonus, served in a refillable carafe with provided vanilla and hazelnut coffee creamers.
Due to its popularity, there can be an hour wait. Guests can window shop in surrounding stores while waiting for a text message that the table is ready. It is highly recommended to arrive in the morning or early afternoon as the restaurant closes every day at 2:30 PM. The experience leads many to state they will be back for sure.
