The men that works in the morning during the week is extremely slow he takes his time in everything and at times he ignores the customers and walks to the back. He never makes my coffee right which is annoying. I love the lady who works there in the morning she is very friendly and the only one who is always taking care of the customers. Purchased a large hot latte with Two shots of pumpkin to open my cup and be half full with no pumpkin. Mentioned it even as I got my order; did you put pumpkin?? He said yes . Horrible service !

Rude employee Friday afternoon. Ignores customers, and screams at them when they ask questions.
