Visited Halloween around 4:00 P.M., but it was a poor experience to the point that I held this in my mind to report this now. On top of waiting like 10-15 minutes for a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Latte, when I asked for a straw, some lady lingering by the pickup told me they didn’t have any. So sad, It is incredible the lack of importance that the workers give to the customer in this location, whenever I go to Target and buy a drink in this Starbucks, it is a bad experience. They should do something, and urgently!!!

They charged me almost $3 more than a Starbucks location dor my same exact usual drink. When I asked why it is more, they said it’s because a Target location. Plus they did not accept the promotion on my app saying “ they’re a Target Starbucks” ! Never again
