Ceviche 517 offers amazing food and great service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating, even allowing orders after the kitchen had closed. The atmosphere features a lounge vibe with music playing in the background that is not loud, so it does not interfere with dinner chat. Guests have enjoyed the fresh ceviche with a variety of spicy levels, perfect cocktails, and flavorful sauces. The rotisserie chicken was not tasty, and fries are frozen then fried, but the food and drinks are all on point. The whole crew is incredible, with professional and kind service from staff like Alison. The experience is very nice, with fun lights and a DJ on the patio. It can be pricey, but delicious. Guests would return for happy hour to continue supporting.
