“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

Seoul Food Shop in Koreatown, New York, is a wonderful find—especially for a pure vegetarian like me. It's not often that I find a place with good vegetarian options, but this spot truly delivered.

I ordered the vegetable dumplings with garlic tofu, and they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. For just $15, the taste was amazing—honestly some of the best food I've had in this area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. It's a great spot to grab a bite while exploring Koreatown, and the location makes it easy to fit into a day of sightseeing in the city.

As a vegetarian, finding a place that offers such tasty options at a reasonable price is a real treat. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone—vegetarian or not.

“My husband and I celebrated our wedding here in October and were absolutely thrilled with the every aspect of the experience. We worked with Brittany to plan the event, and she was brilliant. She worked out every detail for us and we could tell we were in good hands every step of the way. The staff, from the head of operations to the managers to the bartenders, servers, and porters were fantastic. Throwing a wedding reception is stressful no matter what, but we didn’t need to think about anything but enjoying the evening with our guests — everything else was taken care of and executed perfectly. The staff made our guests feel welcomed and took incredible care of us. We can’t recommend throwing an event at Rosevale enough!!“

“The dishes are tapas style, small and flavorful. I liked the Berkshire kimchi fried rice the most with its popping sensation. The birrira mandus were also memorable. You might not be full after this but if you go not too hungry it’s a perfect amount.

They have $2 off drinks for happy hour until 7pm, which doesn’t make too much of a difference at $21, but it’s a nice edge.“

“After eating so much (pizza etc )we needed to eat something different, spicy and booked this gem,as it as near to our hotel. It was also our 40th wedding anniversary. We are from U.K. This was amazing perfectly cooked tasty home made authentic Indian cuisine. We had mocktails ( lavender was refreshing ). The tandoori lamb chops x4 were full meat seasoned beautifully and delicious. All other sides perfect too. Now in U.K. we hate restaurant Indian puddings they are usually bought in and awful/failure. After finding out the chef is the owner and a recipient Michelin star we were convinced to stay,try and this was the first time we have had authentic home made puddings; try Kulfi with rose water & also Indian rice pudding. The whole meal was exceptional great value and we will recommend this restaurant to anyone else visiting New York. Easy to find off Times Square /Broadway. Thanks for the rendition “ congratulations “ for our 40th. You are great ! A little gem of authenticity in big New York !“

“Speakeasy junkie here, and The Woo Woo has been on my list to visit for a while. Tonight was finally the night, and it did not disappoint.

The way you get into this place is very creative and once inside, the ’80s theme really sets the vibe. The music just takes you back in time.

The service was great, especially our girl Liv. She was her own vibe! She knew her stuff, was fun to talk to, and made the experience that much better. Oh can't forget Spencer who had another table but still had time to help us as well.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re into speakeasies. I will be back again next time I'm in town.“

“From the perspective of being a bar, i just said their bar program is phenomenal. All drinks are thoughtful and created to be enjoyable. Every single time, the quality of it was top notch, so def they are new and are working on their programming. I just feel if you come here, there not such a thing as hit or miss. Staff is extremely welcoming and Caring, Peter can keep you entertained while Ram, he will leave you speechless with their work in what they do. Having fun and enjoy the vibes. Music was fantastic and I can say i feel confident in their capacity of making this space to feel like a second home. Food, I will be back to try more, unexpectedly i was brought here and for sure i will keep coming back to see how they do. It is an amazing location, very convenient with transportation. “This is my second time to Dear Maud when visiting Hoboken. Both times I would say the dining room is very loud. The walls are made of brick, I believe and so nothing insulates the sound. The service in the bar was quick, but slightly impersonal. No one was unfriendly which is good, but it was about turnover. The happy hour menu is generous. I would definitely order the $7 pizza every time. The Manhattan I ordered off- menu was delicious. The lychee martini was on the sweeter side, but it was good. The short rib fried rice was delicious but I was not a fan of the sweet teriyaki sauce drizzled on top. Beware of the red peppers on top because those are spicy. The steak tips were really good and tender. I would go here next time only if I don’t want to walk very far from where I’m staying and if I want some decent drinks. It’s pretty hard to hold a conversation in this restaurant unless you’re speaking louder than you normally would. Great location though.“

“Argyle is a hidden gem in NYC. The bar is spacious and beautiful and they also have a few large tables making it perfect for a date night or a large group. Kyle and the entire staff are very friendly and gave me great cocktail recommendations when I needed help choosing. Some of my favorite cocktails were the PB&J Sazerac, Holy Mole, and Three Piece. All of the drinks I had were incredible and I thought they were well-balanced and very unique. Definitely a must go. I will be back very soon!“

“Visited on Wednesday night to celebrate mine and my husbands wedding that day and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by lovely friendly staff. We were seated quickly and were introduced to our server. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was fantastic. We opted for the Korean bacon to start and we both had the butchers feast. Outstanding. The steak was beautiful and the dishes that came with it were amazing too. The short rib and egg soufflé were my favourite. The bartenders struck the right balance of being attentive and leaving us alone. Every drink was well made, and the seasonal menu had a few things I hadn't seen elsewhere. It does get busier and louder later on a Saturday, so go early if you want the calm version. Lovely spot and I'll be back.“

There was a 40min wait to be seated and don't be discouraged by this because the food is really worth the wait. Their pho is flavorful and they give a generous portion of beef.
