“This is a lovely spot for a quick bite or a drink! Keep in mind on weekdays their bar is not open until 4pm and so it's only the coffee side. The coffee side is self service, including bussing your own plates. But the place is calm, quiet, friendly, and the chopped salad I ordered with fried chicken was quite tasty. (Would def order that again).“

“As soon as I walk in, I got automatically seated at the bar by the host and Megan, my bartender gave me the menu (dinner and happy hour) with her warming customer service hospitality.

The interior of the bar is so dope with the neon light with television for sports. They also have a DJ booth for music. I will recommend people to check this place and enjoy their time in the scenery!“

Kirby was excellent at communicating with me and kept me informed which was incredibly convenient. Dierdre was so pleasant to speak with and answered any questions I had, and Joe was an amazing Bartender and kept everyone happy. Cheers to a great staff. I cannot recommend this place more. “Noble Experiment is easily our favorite spot. Nick’s house brewed beers are the best around, and there’s always something great on tap. Whether you’re into IPAs, lagers, stouts, or trying something new, you can tell a lot of care goes into every beer.
The food is just as impressive. We’ve never had a bad meal. The yuca fries are a must-order, the cheesesteak is excellent, and the fish tacos are consistently great. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu because I think I’ve had just about everything at this point, and it’s all been delicious.

The owners Nick and Stephanie are awesome and make everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re there for trivia night or just stopping in on a random weeknight, it’s always a fun time with great beer, great food, and great people. Highly recommend!!!“
