“This is a lovely spot for a quick bite or a drink! Keep in mind on weekdays their bar is not open until 4pm and so it's only the coffee side. The coffee side is self service, including bussing your own plates. But the place is calm, quiet, friendly, and the chopped salad I ordered with fried chicken was quite tasty. Kirby was excellent at communicating with me and kept me informed which was incredibly convenient. Dierdre was so pleasant to speak with and answered any questions I had, and Joe was an amazing Bartender and kept everyone happy. Cheers to a great staff. I cannot recommend this place more. First of all… The entrance to The Blind Pig is stunning. And the decor is gorgeous. Takes you back into colonial days or even earlier. There’s no other way for me to explain it. Just genius Beautiful artifacts with gorgeous sitting and an electric fire place along with walls filled of stunning 1800s art and style. The servers are very well dressed with a vest and tie. Very nice touch and they are super attentive. This was our very first time here and it was way over and beyond our expectations for sure. We ordered our drinks… Just delicious… I am old school, so I ordered an Old Fashion. Was done to perfection. Let me repeat that… PERFECTION.

After watching my buddy enjoy the hell out of his purple drink… I just had to order one. Wow… That was unbelievable. The next time I come back to this restaurant. I WILL book a room around the corner, because I will be having a “few” of those and won’t make it home, lol! As far as the food. Just Spectacular. Very nice portions with a nice presentation. The atmosphere is just gorgeous. I included pictures.

The owner also owns a bar called “The Crooked Quill.” Which is literally across the street from The Blind Pig. BEAUTIFUL… We crossed the street and took the rest of the party there. WOW… Elegant place for the elegant person. Will be now one of my favorites or possibly my favorite in White Plains. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

We asked if any place was still serving. The "MAN" Vic asked what we would like, from one of the tables. “Noble Experiment is easily our favorite spot. Nick’s house brewed beers are the best around, and there’s always something great on tap. Whether you’re into IPAs, lagers, stouts, or trying something new, you can tell a lot of care goes into every beer.
The food is just as impressive. We’ve never had a bad meal. The yuca fries are a must-order, the cheesesteak is excellent, and the fish tacos are consistently great. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu because I think I’ve had just about everything at this point, and it’s all been delicious.

“My wife and I arrived in Tarrytown for a family wedding too late for lunch and several hours early for an 8 pm welcome reception, so along with my sister and her husband, we decided to go out for some light eats to hold us over. The receptionist at our hotel recommended Pete's Saloon.
