Food was fantastic and we had great service. Will definitely go back.
My family and I came into town this weekend to explore Sleepy Hollow. We decided to have dinner here since they had a seafood tower. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cindy was very attentive and informative. She even assisted us in having a bday celebration for my 23 year old daughter. 10/10 I highly recommend.
Stopped here for lunch after traveling from upstate back to Westchester. Great reviews brought us off The highway on our way. SO glad we did ! Food was delicious. Service was excellent - attentive, friendly and staff was fun to chat with. It’s so hard to get good food AND good served these days. This place provided both. Thank you for a lovely experience.

North River Oyster Bar offers delicious food and timely service, with wait staff consistently doing their best to ensure satisfaction and that tables have the necessary space. The restaurant features second floor seating with large glass doors letting in lots of light and a view of the water, plus a rooftop patio with an amazing river sunset view. The rustic river vibe includes exposed brick, classic black-and-white hex tile, and deep wooden tones, with background music that stays in the background. Fresh oysters are a highlight, and the butter trio pairs well with them. Other meals include the Fish Tacos, the Catch of the Day, Grilled Branzino with Smashed potatoes, the sword fish, the truffle burger, and the chicken. The Apple Strudel with ice cream and the Crème Brûlée are made on site. Service is attentive, friendly, and informative, and staff assist with celebrations. Parking is available in the adjacent lot on the corner. Reservations are recommended, and Wednesdays are $1.50 Blue Points all day. Unless eating at the bar, guests need to climb some stairs. Overall, North River Oyster Bar is a solid restaurant and a fun atmosphere worth visiting again.
