“Wish I had taken pictures. The Korean Fried Chicken sandwich may be in the top 3 chicken sandwiches of my life, except for it sitting in a bed of sauce. I have a beard; looking at the sandwich, I know it's going to be messy; but why are you forcing me to stick my fingers in a puddle of gochujang sauce right off the bat?

“My husband and I recently hosted our baby shower for our first baby at Flinder's last weekend (3/21/26), and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We hosted roughly 55 people and utilized the entire restaurant for our private event (restaurant buyout). From the onset, Ross and Eric (Mgr. + Assistant Mgr.) were incredibly friendly, responsive to all my questions via email, and agreed to meet not once, but TWICE in-person to ensure all details were accounted for, and that our requests would be accommodated. The event ran smoothly because of their professionalism and attention to detail. During the event, the kitchen, bar, and wait staff were incredibly attentive, kind, friendly, and honestly felt like part of the party the entire time. Our family and friends raved about the entire experience, including the service, the food, and the configuration of the space. To start the whole experience planning the shower with the owners was seamless and they were very responsive. The entire staff on the day of my event were so helpful with setting up, beyond friendly and hospitable to my family and guests - they really made the experience over the top perfect (especially Dominica who was the sweetest!). It’s a beautiful place, the music is great, and they have some of the hottest DJs. The food is delicious, the drinks are nice and strong, and the staff is great. I’ve never had a single issue. Menu selections are excellent and their offerings for restaurant week were wonderful, also a nod for honoring the promotional menu on a Saturday night which apparently isn't easy to find. Portion sizes of appetizes: Caesar salad, escargot and mix green salads all wonderful. Entrees of Chicken parm over linguini, Roasted Pork Chop and Crispy Skin Salomon all were of generous size cooked to perfection and very well seasoned. A bit more of the wonderful marinara sauce would have been great for the chicken parm. Service was a bit delayed as they were very busy, but our server was always wonderful, pleasant and very helpful! Overall experience truly outstanding and we are looking forward to visiting again and partaking in the full menu. Once again, I am happy to have discovered this restaurant which is partly what I enjoy restaurant week for...trying new places. I encourage you to try The Ridges as well!“
