“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

Seoul Food Shop in Koreatown, New York, is a wonderful find—especially for a pure vegetarian like me. It's not often that I find a place with good vegetarian options, but this spot truly delivered.

I ordered the vegetable dumplings with garlic tofu, and they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. For just $15, the taste was amazing—honestly some of the best food I've had in this area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. It's a great spot to grab a bite while exploring Koreatown, and the location makes it easy to fit into a day of sightseeing in the city.

As a vegetarian, finding a place that offers such tasty options at a reasonable price is a real treat. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone—vegetarian or not.

“My husband and I celebrated our wedding here in October and were absolutely thrilled with the every aspect of the experience. We worked with Brittany to plan the event, and she was brilliant. She worked out every detail for us and we could tell we were in good hands every step of the way. The staff, from the head of operations to the managers to the bartenders, servers, and porters were fantastic. Throwing a wedding reception is stressful no matter what, but we didn’t need to think about anything but enjoying the evening with our guests — everything else was taken care of and executed perfectly. The staff made our guests feel welcomed and took incredible care of us. We can’t recommend throwing an event at Rosevale enough!!“

The decor inside is super cute and cozy plus the service is excellent — they were so welcoming and efficient. Didn’t try the ramen this time but my friend did and it looked amazing. “Absolutely wonderful — hands down one of the best meals of the trip. Every dish we ordered was excellent: the watermelon salad, tuna, mandu, steak and potatoes, tteokbokki, and the sesame bread and butter pudding were all full of flavor and beautifully presented.

I loved the Korean-fusion small-plates concept — creative, shareable and really well executed. The cocktails were also excellent.

We sat at the bar for a 5 p.m. dinner before a 7 p.m. show, and the timing was perfect. Service was sharp, everything came out at just the right pace, and the bar had such a lively, engaging atmosphere with great conversation from the team.

Walking down the stairs into Nothing Really Matters feels like stepping into a secret, moody underworld; the vaulted ceilings and amber lighting are just gorgeous. We ordered the signature mezcal cocktail and an espresso martini, and both were perfectly balanced and incredibly unique. The music is a huge part of the vibe; it’s loud enough to feel like a party, but we could still easily chat in our booth. It’s easily one of the best cocktail bars in Chelsea right now.“

“Visited on a rainy day to celebrate our anniversary. It was a small and cozy space. Felt very intimate. We sat on the bar and it was interesting watching the chefs preparing the food. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our reservation was 5:30 on a Sunday night and we were able to do the happy hour. Literally picked everything from the bites section. The Momo’s were delicious and freshly made. Drinks were delicious. We ordered the jolly duck leg with fried rice and they were AMAZING! Highly recommended and will def come back!“

“Stay Away!!! Just kidding, this spot is popular and rightfully so for all the right reasons. The atmosphere is bot chill and warm for lounge lizards wanting a great watering hole. The drinks are fantastic, The Monk Fashioned being my favorite, reminds me of a magical Sazerac. The food here is delicious too, been a couple times and look forward to returning again soon. Love the Sweet And Salty Grilly with Gruyère, Prosciutto, Fig Spread, Arugula on Sour Dough. The Fonduey Mac & Cheese is also a cooze fest of cheesy goodness, also the Whipped Feta with the Everything Bagel Pretzel. Always love to get the Crab Cakes. Though I’m eyeing the Skewered Thighs for next time they look like a divine dine. Fortunately we’ve gotten in without a reservation, though I’m sure it’s good to have one.“

“From the perspective of being a bar, i just said their bar program is phenomenal. All drinks are thoughtful and created to be enjoyable. Every single time, the quality of it was top notch, so def they are new and are working on their programming. I just feel if you come here, there not such a thing as hit or miss. Staff is extremely welcoming and Caring, Peter can keep you entertained while Ram, he will leave you speechless with their work in what they do. Having fun and enjoy the vibes. Music was fantastic and I can say i feel confident in their capacity of making this space to feel like a second home. Food, I will be back to try more, unexpectedly i was brought here and for sure i will keep coming back to see how they do. It is an amazing location, very convenient with transportation. “After eating so much (pizza etc )we needed to eat something different, spicy and booked this gem,as it as near to our hotel. It was also our 40th wedding anniversary. We are from U.K. This was amazing perfectly cooked tasty home made authentic Indian cuisine. We had mocktails ( lavender was refreshing ). The tandoori lamb chops x4 were full meat seasoned beautifully and delicious. All other sides perfect too. Now in U.K. we hate restaurant Indian puddings they are usually bought in and awful/failure. After finding out the chef is the owner and a recipient Michelin star we were convinced to stay,try and this was the first time we have had authentic home made puddings; try Kulfi with rose water & also Indian rice pudding. The whole meal was exceptional great value and we will recommend this restaurant to anyone else visiting New York. Easy to find off Times Square /Broadway.
