Bar Enzo is a lowkey speakeasy that feels like a hidden gem in LIC. The theme is well done without being tacky, and the atmosphere is dimly lit and cozy, perfect for a date night or a small gathering. Friendly staff and a passionate bartender and manager serve strong cocktails that change with the season. Signature drinks like the Amuni, Mr. Capitano, and Montenegro Bay are well made and delicious, and the spring menu was amazing. The house made limoncello, bambino drink, and tiramisu are highlights, and the meat and cheese plate offers a generous portion. A dirty martini with salami, olives, pepperoni, and picked pepper is a must‑try. Guests can enjoy craft beers at the connected brewery or a night cap at Bar Enzo. The bar gives out postcards, and collecting seven earns two free drinks. On Sundays, a special dinner among strangers adds a unique social event. No reservation is needed; the bar seats quickly. With plans for a Manhattan location, Bar Enzo continues to impress with its unique cocktails, generous food, and intimate vibe.
