Based on the reviews, The Riff Raff Club is a rooftop bar on the 39th floor with a breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline and the Empire State Building. The cocktails are creative and well-balanced, with highlights including the Negroni Affumicato, Expedition Punch, and Moonlighter. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is welcoming, professional, and amazing, with special mention of Gigi, who provides excellent service and makes guests feel like the only table in the room. The total cost is around $35 to $45 per person. It is easily one of the best rooftop bars and best nights out in NYC.
