About BANGIA

BANGIA is a Korean restaurant that offers an extensive menu of tasty and authentic dishes. While the prices are a bit high, ranging from $25-$30 per dish, the portions are reasonable. The decor is nice, although the dim lighting and a loud doorbell ringing every few minutes can be distracting. The restaurant is well-suited for social gatherings, but the busy and noisy atmosphere may not be ideal for a romantic date night. The service can be pushy, but the food is generally praised as one of the best Korean dining experiences in the area.

This place has a cozy, slightly chaotic energy, with dim lighting and walls packed with decor, creating a perfect "decompress after a long day" feel. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including the popular Strawberry Soju Bingsu, which is sweet, icy, creamy, and spiked just enough. The Truffle Oil Chapaguri beef and Bulgogi rice platter are also highly recommended, with the Chapaguri beef charred to perfection and the portion size being large enough to share.

The restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere, especially on weekends, and its wide selection of drinks, including the refreshing Lychee Makgeoli. While the food may be a bit pricey, the overall experience at BANGIA is praised for its cozy ambiance and delectable Korean cuisine.

Samuel is so kind and the food is soooo good thank you so much

Nice pregame spot in ktown. Creative drinks and food menu which are both well executed - love their army stew. Can find dishes here that you don’t see at your typical Korean spots

Vibes are so great and wonderful service. You get a complimentary steamed egg. Don’t skip the tteokbokki, the rice cakes were incredible. The ube bingsoo is the only one in nyc and it is such a treat
