“This was a night and place we never expected. I kept seeing pictures on Social Media from the Bar Gal CHA CHA. It just always sounded fun. Tonight we went! We had the popular COWBOY CALAMARI, WOW it was so good! My husband had the chicken parm and I had a rib eye. IT WAS HUGE! Cooked perfect and came out hot. We decided to sit at the bar and partake in BINGO NIGHT! We met people and talked. Great Dirty Martini too!! We would go back. We need to try the PIZZA!”

“The Hive is kind of in the middle of a dark neighborhood and suddenly when you walk in, you feel like you’re in a city bar. It’s pretty small but really well-light and loud since they have a DJ. The lychee martini is really good, would recommend!”

“I have not found a Rye bread that beats Kohouts. I have been a customer for many years while in New Jersey.. Now that I'm in Florida, guess what? I have my son purchase it and ship it to me. When I come to visit, I bring an empty carry on just to fill it with rye bread to bring home with me PS, the poppy seed roll is on the top of the list for their pastries. Definitely stick to the pastrami.

Make sure you give yourself time. The line is long and they take their time with every customer. Very slow moving but worth the wait.”

“Had a craving for a hearty breakfast and decided to google some places not too far from me and found this little gem... and boy am I glad.

First off... pricing is beyond fair for the insane portions and quality. I had no idea what to get but my eyes drifted towards the Heart Attack breakfast sandwich and it was one of the best, not to mention survived a 17 minute car ride back before being enjoyed, but was still hot and fresh.

Taking a physical menu with me, I really am enjoying the items listen and am going to be coming back for sure for breakfast and lunch.

You gotta gove this place a shot... the inside is cozy with tables and chairs that are a total nostalgia trip, with cozy couches and retro arcade games. Honesty if this place existed when I was in middle school and high school, I'd be had been here every day.”

“Best Italian bread around and very reasonably priced in my opinion. Italian pastries are delicious also. Even if you don't live too close by there, it is worth a trip every once in awhile to get really good bread especially for Sunday gravy/sauce. They are open many hours so it's very convenient.”

We tried Colombian food in Miami, DC, NY, and Boston and although they were all great this place takes the cake! When we come back to NJ this is the number one place we will come back to!”

“I am a local resident of Garfield. I enjoy and appreciate Sushi Boy when I can get in. It is a quiet and beautiful venue when you have the opportunity to eat in. The decor is wonderful, as is the food. The prices are great as well. My only complaint is that I have attempted to eat in twice, only to find the doors locked both times. Once an hour before closing, the second an hour and a half before closing. I would rather give my money to a local business than something available through Uber eats. Still a great venue, and although I understand why they would close early, it is unfortunate to show up at their door and then have to walk away.”

“In New Jersey, it’s really difficult to find appealing vegan options. This shop blows every other option in NJ out of the water!
The pizzas are delicious, my S/O and I have tried the buffalo, BBQ, pepperoni pizzas and the garlic knots and they are all so delicious!
Most of all, ever since going vegan, I just came to terms with the fact that I would never be able to have a good calzone ever again. The VEGAN CALZONES HERE ARE SO DELICIOUS and they are HUGE!!! You have to try them! And I am sure that the non-vegan options are just as delicious as it’s not so easy to have a good vegan menu but they have it down pat! I should have written this review a long time ago and for that I apologize!
The owners here are so sweet too. They are great people! Please try something from here you won’t regret it!
