Crazy enough Alex used to deliver to my home when i was a young kid! years later Alex, new owner, took over in 2017, he brought upon a different spice to each meal he serves. I bought jalebi and fafda but was disappointed to know that they don't offer the papaya chutney. This place does offer the majority of snacks but I believe they can expand on the business by offering certain snacks( example: khandvi) through orders.”

“The taco craving hit us one Sunday so we decided to pick some up on our way home from running errands, at around 1:30. There is street parking so if you wait around long enough, you’ll be able to get a spot. We had the birria tacos, al pastor, and lengua. We originally wanted to try the oreja and campechanos but they didn’t have it that day. These are probably the best quesabirria tacos I’ve had in the area. I’m normally not a huge fan because it usually ends up being soggy, and I don’t really like braised meat, as it tends to be dry. That wasn’t the case here. The tacos were still crispy 20 minutes later, and the meat wasn’t dry. It was stuffed to the max with beef and cheese. The broth was also very good and not watery like most other places tend to be. The al pastor tacos and lengua tacos were also very good. They’re a bit smaller than similar taco spots in the neighborhood but it’s quality over quantity here. If they added fresh pineapple to the pastor, it would have brought the taco over the top. I also enjoyed their homemade (sauces). They have a kick to it but be careful with the dark chipotle looking one. One drop of that, and you’ll be good.Will definitely be back for some more tacos. Hopefully next time, they’ll have the oreja and campechano.”

The enchiladas were pretty good 9/10. Tacos were a bit dry 7/10 . Tostadas were a bit dry as well 7.5/10 . The cheese Flautas were 8/10 and I wish they put more creama on top instead of putting so much lettuce. I was mistaken though bc I thought my flautas were missing since I didn’t know it came with rice ( on the menu flautas are an appetizer so I didn’t know it was an actual entree with rice?) which I figured it was a side for the enchiladas and I saw a bed of lettuce which the flautas were hidden under?.. I immediately called the restaurant and they assured me it was packed but still offered to redo it free of charge. Overall the staff was kind, the food was good and the restaurant is well decorated but on a busy street! I always pass by and the line is always long and sometimes I even see people waiting outside! “Wowwww I was surprised by the taste and size of the dishes here at this place. It is a bakery where it serves breakfast but also lunches and main dishes of Peruvian cuisine. They have dishes from 12 or 15 dollars onwards and in the bakery you can eat a sandwich for 8 dollars. Their menu is well stocked although physical space is limited and you have to find parking but I think these are normal things for a small place. But its flavor and service are worth it to visit it.”

“I’ve passed this place a lot and finally went in tonight. I randomly chose chicken quesadillas. While I waited I noticed some interesting things I’ve never heard of. One was a coffee with cinnamon and something else. I was offered a sample and wow! Delicious. Then I noticed arroz con leche (rice with milk). Outstanding! At home I ate my quesadilla and it was excellent. Did I mention I’m not a fan of chicken but eat it because it’s healthier than meat. This was fabulous. I’m definitely going back. Maybe tomorrow ?”
