Decided to go to NYC to support the San Antonio Spurs for Game 3 of the NBA Finals and saw that Yellow Rose was not only hosting a Spurs watch party, but is owned by San Antonians. I had shiner beer queso & chips, a steak taco that was stuffed with a lot of meat, and shared the skillet cornbread with my new Spurs friends. Atmosphere was awesome and the servers were so nice.“

“Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. “I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed with a warm greeting and seated with menus right away. The atmosphere was calm and inviting when we arrived, and by the time we left, the restaurant had filled up, which says a lot.

The food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the steak platter with scrambled eggs, home fries, and grilled onions, and every bite was flavorful without feeling heavy. I paired it with a caramel latte, and it was the perfect addition to the meal.

One thing I'm especially excited about is their weekend menu, which is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It looks amazing, so I'll definitely be coming back to try it.

I’m about to get “moe” value for my money at Moe’s Southwest Grill.

I couldn’t help but notice the Moe Value Meal advertisement blatantly posted throughout the restaurant; making a selection was clearly a no-brainer.

This prix fixe deal includes a few selected items.

Junior Burrito:
Junior may be its name, but this burrito is definitely in the game.

As I walked down the line, I had the option to pack the tortilla with a selected protein and as many toppings as I desired. It was love at first bite.

As a bonus, the salsa bar offers a plentiful variety of complimentary sauces to supplement the meal. I explored a couple and I couldn’t have asked for “moe.”

Tortilla Chips with Queso:
These freshly made triangular chips are a great side to the burrito. They were shaped perfectly as most of them were not broken.

The queso was the backbone to these chips.

The minor disadvantage to this side dish is that only two ounces of melted cheese was provided. I would have preferred “moe.”

Fountain Drink:
Wash your meal down with a variety of Coca-Cola products. The choices are practically infinite ranging from soda, lemonade, iced tea and frozen beverages.

As another bonus, free refills are an option.

Aside from the queso issue, this was a really great deal and I definitely got “moe” value for my money.

Yes the prices have gone up but so have the prices of materials for restaurants, I’m certain they’re increases are necessary for them to just, function and pay their employees. Regardless of that, I will keep returning. My only gripe is with the tortilla soup, that one is really really expensive for the amount that you get.
