“OMG! I live in the area and I decided to order on a whim! I should start with I love Mexican food but this was beyond my expectations. I ordered the three taco platter (which is dairy free by the way) . I ordered the pork! It was absolutely delicious! I also ordered the guacamole and I wasn't sure because it did not say homemade but it was and it was a very generous portion (they used at least two avocados) and also delicious! Very impressed! I have tried to get good Mexican food on the South shore and by far this is the best! It is a little pricey as the three tacos, guacamole and chips with tip came to $36.00 but again it was delicious!“
“The most reliable, friendly take out restaurant on Staten Island. I have been going since they opened and have never had one bad meal in a decade. Without question the best Tex-Mex around. Incredibly fresh ingredients, amazing guacamole, well prepared meats, HANDMADE tortillas what more can you ask for? Oh that's right....it's the best value around as well and friendliest counter help. The marquee item for me is the Chimichangas, while more of a Tex-Mex staple than authentic Mexican cuisine, NO ONE makes them better. Always nice to be greeted by a sincere smile as a repeat customer, let's me know I am valued as a customer. Proud they are part of the New Dorp community. (recently expanded too, plenty of places to sit and free chips and salsa on Tuesdays) Screw Moe's and Paco's Tacos, this is where you want a great, fresh, quick, inexpensive Tex-Mex meal.“
“Chili's has no right being this frickin good. truly. and the staff rocks. I've gotten so many different servers every time I go and everyone is so nice and chatty and friendly. the food quality is always great. never thought I'd find myself becoming a repeat chilis customer but this chilis rocks“
“Overall: top place for Authentic Mexican food! Prices are perfect, portions were huge, service was so kind. Food: the sampler was huge and had so much to try! The Birria Tacos were filled! Maybe a little more salt but the sopa was perfect. Churros crunchy and sweet comes with 4 and an ice cream scoop. The chocoflan is a special and they only have it sometimes. If they have it try it! Service: the restaurant owner was so kind and showed us pictures of all the foods. Inside: nice pop Mexican music, originals, and remixes. They also have outside seating.“
“If u want budgeted Empire Szechuan type food this is ur best option on port richmond ave. Ordered the sesame chicken/boneless rib combo with pork fried rice (instead on the pork lo mein) and a order of pan fried pork dumplings. Dumplings were cheap but way better than I had on the ave. Boneless ribs actually had meat on them. Chicken was oversauced and sweet but ok. I remember a time when it was either No 1 or Didi. Now the question has been definitively answered.“
