A real shame that I have to give this place 1 star, because the food is actually good. However, I just can't overlook their mentally unstable delivery driver anymore. Great food and wonderful owners and staff! My favorite fajita and guacamole!
The most reliable, friendly take out restaurant on Staten Island. I have been going since they opened and have never had one bad meal in a decade. Without question the best Tex-Mex around. Incredibly fresh ingredients, amazing guacamole, well prepared meats, HANDMADE tortillas what more can you ask for? Oh that's right....it's the best value around as well and friendliest counter help. Based on the reviews, Fresh Tortillas & Tacos is a family-run business with wonderful owners who greet everyone with genuine warmth and welcoming smiles. The service is great, and the staff and owners are kind and professional. The food is absolutely delicious, and the ingredients are always fresh. Customers recommend the crispy tacos, soft tortillas, and a little chili sauce for perfection. The spinach burrito with jalapenos, rice dishes, guacamole, jalapeño poppers, tostada salad with shrimp, and shrimp tortilla soup are also great. The tofu is out of this world, and the burritos and quesadillas are favorites. The quality and service never disappoint. One suggestion is to add more taco variety like octopus tacos or tongue tacos.
