I normally patronize the Monclair location but decided to try this one out and I can honestly say I will NOT be going back. Although the food was good it was overshadowed by the terrible customer service. My friends and I waited an hour for our food in a fairly empty restaurant while multiple to-go orders were fulfilled. Then the icing on the cake was one of the workers chasing down my friend as we left questioning whether she paid and to show proof. I have no interest in returning...read full review

Minia's Bloomfield is a small cafe with comfortable seating and a few tables. The food is fresh and includes amazing tasting bagels and delicious coffee. The protein smoothie is good. The ladies are always polite, friendly, and pleasant. Music is a nice blend of jazz hop or lo-fi study beats. One staff member, Jennifer, is consistently attentive and takes exceptional care preparing and packing orders, especially for DoorDash deliveries. When she is not working, orders are often poorly made and special requests are ignored. Meals are super affordable. However, there is no parking around and it is very hard to find a spot.
