“We went to Rumi for a birthday lunch the food, smoothies and desserts were delicious. Our kids who typically eat butter pasta loved everything that was served. We also didn’t mind that they tasted all the desserts since they were just right and not extra sugary! Beyond the yummy food, the family friendly atmosphere put everything over the top. Our son was walking table to table and one of the owners came and picked my son up and walked around with him so we could enjoy our coffee ! As a mom the kindness and generosity shown to us will make my family and definite repeat customer.”

“We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The cashier was nice and helpful. I wanted a vegan ice cream but the only base they have is coconut so I was a little apprehensive because coconut can be so strong. But I am so glad I still ordered it because it was not strong at all and the flavor was handmade! I had so many questions about the ice cream and the business in general and the lady making the ice cream did not get annoyed and answered every question (come to find out she was the owner). I had the vegan Dulce de leche and my family collectively decided that was our favorite. Their spoons also change color with the temperature which was super cool. The other rolls we ordered was vanilla and mango, bourbon street, and the boozy s’mores flavor which were all AMAZING but the Vegan Dulce de Leche was definitely our favorite. We will definitely be coming back

I had the double fried wings and sloppy joe bao bun for a starter and each dish was better than the last. the wings were super crispy yet tender inside and the sloppy joe bao buns were a trip down memory lane. the sloppy brought me back to my childhood eating at a friend's house. for my ramen I had the tonkatu. their pork broth was hearty and tasteful and reminded me of my first bowl of real ramen. I highly recommend going there and finding out on your own...”

However my husband and I were part of a 14 person party tonight’s a mix diet of them individuals in attendance from vegan vegetarian and finicky and all American diet ! we had appetizers of mussels the sauce was medium and those that ate them raved about them the garlic knots were a perfect blend of butter and garlic the rice balls moist and cheesy and the calamari so tender it was excellent the small soups were a meal in its self! And the main dishes from vegan, italian, build your own, fish , meat and pasta entrees to empanadas each dish was a culinary delight so fresh tasty and the portions huge! Our group was extremely happy with their choices so much food for the price which was very reasonable! We made sure we met the chef and complimented him! Our waitress Rosa was friendly accommodating and always on top of our tables to ensure everyone’s needs were met and everyone was enjoying our dinner experience truly an asset to the business and her assistant Angel just as excellent! This place is truly a gem and perfect for the vegan and non vegan palate what a find tight in our own neighborhood my family will definitely be back! Kudos to the owners and the chef and their wonderful friendly staff! You will definitely be a regular at this place once you go! And by the way the take out was very busy too!”

“I've been coming here since the early 2000's maybe earlier. It's been a while since I've tried their Silog's . Everything tasted the same except for the garlic fried rice . I didn't taste any garlic, just chicken bouillon or something. The rice was a bit yellow. And no tomatoes except for the daing. The prices have gone up, but that's just how it is . Still good but need to bring back the garlic fried rice and tomatoes. Still love this spot and the owner is so nice. I also love the Sukang that they make for the Silog's.”

“Just had the best experience with ladyfingers! I had a birthday party for my daughter and they provided a two tier cake and a coffee bar. Lauren was very responsive from start to finish. I was able to pick the flavors and filings for each tier off their long list of options. I didn’t have much time to look for a cake design so just sent over a photo of a cake that I quickly googled. They were able to create it, and even better, they added a customized cake topper with my daughter’s name. They also delivered it to the venue which was very important to me since I didn’t want to deal with picking up a big cake from a bakery and making sure it didn’t get ruined during an already busy day. At the party they provided us with a “coffee bar” serving up a variety of flavored hot and iced coffee & chai. The guests loved this! Many drove from far so a coffee option was exactly what the needed upon arrival. The onsite team was great, arrived early to setup, and went above and beyond by lending me a cake stand and having ice delivered for us when we were unable to get any because it happened to be sold out everywhere near by. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them!”
