“This is the best Dunkin’ around! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Joanna and Ann make the BEST coffee! If Joanna is preparing the food, you can count on it being fresh and hot every time. The morning crew is fantastic! Angie, you’re amazing too! You always take time to communicate with my son and I in the morning and fix my coffee if it’s not right.They truly take the time to get to know their customers. I love them!“

“The staff are always pleasant and nice. Mist importantly patient. I have visited this Dunkin for decades and there’s definitely a new change in the atmosphere. It can get very crowded very fast - and the staff always seem to remain cool.

“Every Monday I take my client (99) years old to Dunkin Donuts on Belleville ave, Bloomfield NJ to meet her lady friends for sandwiches, coffee & munchkins!
The crew that work here are very sweet and I think they enjoy seeing the ladies as much as the ladies love seeing them!
This location is also always decorated for all the holidays making it a really warm, relaxing and fun atmosphere to enjoy dining on your favorite Dunkin’ Donuts beverage or eating your favorite Dunkin treat!

“It's Dunkin donuts. Nothing wow about the meal. They follow the guidelines of cooking the meal. It is just something to fill you up before work.

“I stopped in for a small iced coffee and egg bites. The young man at the front mistakenly rang me up for a hot coffee, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, he quickly resolved the issue and promptly got me an iced coffee. In my exchange with him and watching him dealing with the customers, he was extremely attentive, had a wonderful rapport with each customer, and had an amazing and professional demeanor. I noticed on the wall that this particular location received an honor for being the best Dunkin in Essex County, and I would have to agree, especially with a manager like this. I was also watching him interact with the staff, and he was on the ball getting things done . Even though there were a lot of people there, it was not noisy.“
