“Went in to get some gift cards and got the best customer service I have ever had at a Dunkin. Ana was so respectful and attentive, although there was a problem with the register and it took a bit to get my gift cards she did not make it feel as if it took long. She even offer me some munchkins for the trouble.“

I think she is a new member of the crew because its my first time to see her. I go to that store once in a while and its my first time to see her there and she is very polite. The staff are genuinely incredible—so sweet, caring, and attentive. The manager goes way above and beyond always, making sure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. “The ladies who work the morning crew are AMAZING. they work hard with the crazy rush of all of us trying to get our coffee, and always say hello with a smile and work to get you your order. They always make my coffee perfect and I order almost every morning and I just had to give them specifically a shout out!“
“This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.“
“One of — if not THE — best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I dropped my clothes off at the cleaners across the street, so figured stop here to save time and it was a great decision. The donuts are awesome since they are freshly made in house, and they have specialty creative donuts with toppings on them you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
Additionally, i wanted the hot version of their iced cookie latte they’re advertising, and they were able to make this request for me. Every other dunkin I went to in the area said it can only be made iced.
While the staff couldn’t understand what I wanted to order, they were patient with me and took time to understand what I was saying to order, and everything came out perfectly. On another note, they also redid this location and it looks really nice.

“So I rated this four stars, because usually Duncan is really good. We arrived on a Tuesday night before 9:30-the lobby is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m., but it was locked at 9:30 p.m. so we weren't able to get coffee or anything to eat.“
“I got a code and a snacking bacon. The code took a little longer than estimated (or maybe I’m just an impatient person) but overall the coffee was good how I like it and the snacking bacon was on point and super tasty. Order from here again I would.“
“Would have been 5 stars if i didn't have to wait for cashier to finish texting while i was standing there to order and she felt it was more important to answer than take my order. To be fair, it wasn't important because she giggled at end of text.“
“First time here but I must say staff was very nice,I asked them to make sure the croissant was toasted,and it was as well as the hash browns,this was a very good visit for me and the place was clean,I commended the staff for such a great job and left a tip I think customer service is important and when I receive it,I appreciate it and say so!!!!“
“I was actually taken aback by the how courteous and friendly everyone was here; especially the staff, but also the patrons.
I’m a very able 50-year-old man, not old-old. But the young lady that was apparently on break, rushed to the door to open it for me. Then, the young men in line ahead of me quickly told me to go ahead of them in line.
Stuff like that shouldn’t go unnoticed. Great spot!“
