It's a shame that they don't respond to the customer because they are on their cell phone and they get angry when they ask for attention. I think I'm a customer who won't return to that commercial establishment.
Clifton has probably 10 or so Dunkin’s. I knew of this one bc I used to live in the area, but I’ve since moved out. I recently was in the area and placed a mobile order for pickup, but I selected the location up the road accidentally and not this one. The kind manager did not berate me, she made me the drink herself and when I offered to pay, she wouldn’t take it. That is really kind customer service and I suggest all to visit this location and give them your business....read full review
