Dunkin' Donuts in Paterson

“Amazing, Just truly amazing service and food. I usually go here for breakfast and I get hashbrowns, an egg and cheese croissant, and munchkins. The hashbrowns are always fresh and have the perfect amount of flavor on them, and the munchkins are soft and fresh too. The egg and cheese is always warm and you guessed it, fresh. Also get my order ready within 5 minutes. Way better service and food than the dunkin donuts on Mcbride Ave.“

“Hands down the best Dunkin in Paterson!! The staff here are always so friendly and their coffee is consistently delicious. Every order tastes just like the last! I’ve personally seen management handle customer concerns with professionalism and grace, even though— it’s hard to imagine anyone having a complaint given how phenomenal this location is.

“It’s a Dunkin!!They’re pretty quick and they haven’t messed up my order yet.They’re friendly, but also keep in mind they’re a stones throw from downtown Paterson.Short version; they probably took at everyone with fine skepticism and I wouldn’t expect to be allowed to use the bathroom…. Wheelchair accessibility: It's relatively easy to get in and out of the exits and entrances and the chairs move they are not fixed into the floor so u can move them around.“

“I love Dunkin Donuts on Smith Street only thing that tick me off is on Tuesday morning I made a mistake and left my 2 glazes donuts ? , on the counter no one seems to have try to say oh you left your donuts!! “Food is great, but do doordash order or drive through.
The staff is rude, there is only one person who was nice to me which was the older man.
The young man was rude as can be, didn’t even understand what I was saying and I was speaking english. It’s ridiculous.
He is a bad representation for others who don’t have perfect english but work hard and give all their effort.“

“Donuts are stale, great staff , there's a digital price on the window that doesn't work I think purposely the price from the order speaker isn't the same when you get to the window but to avoid situations I don't say anything but they ask for a diff price my coffee is always made correctly“
