Beware of buying hot drinks from this place. The cups and the lids they offer for your drinks are not safe. I bought a coffee from here and the cup collapsed easily spilling extremely hot coffee on my hand causing burns to my fingers. They will give you extremely hot coffee in a cup that is not strong enough to protect you from the heat of the coffee and without realizing its too late you might spill it just after grabbing the cup.
I love Dunkin’ and was really excited to have found this one because we were really thirty and wanted to buy some donuts and refreshments. I had ordered donuts and asked for a cup of water before ordering coffee. And they charged me $1 for the cup of water. I had never had to pay for a cup of water before. Dunkin' on McBride Avenue in Paterson, right across from the Passaic River, offers friendly staff but sometimes deals with challenging customers. The donuts can be stale, but the coffee is consistently good. Although they don't serve dark roast all day, it's still a great spot for a quick bite. The digital pricing can be confusing, but the employees handle it well. Despite some freeloading customers, the staff remains dedicated and hardworking, like Ali who keeps the outside area clean and greets guests warmly.
