The female employee was very nasty. I asked for jelly not to be dripping off my bagel and she turns around rolling her eyes and I said don’t roll your eyes and I proceeded to ask for my money back and she says “ I get tired of you people” who is you people give me my money back. After I said I was going to post her on facebook she wanted to change her attitude. This shop has a predominantly black presence. My people is what keeps this shop open.
I placed a mobile order @ 6:21Am. The establishment operating hours are from 7am-7pm. If you weren't open but still debited my account for my coffee why accept the order? Then when I tried to go back to the establishment for my refund, she tried to give me a water down iced coffee that I already purchase & consumed from another Dunkin in the area.
I ordered extra large coffee and a large tea. I got two teas. I asked them to fix it and ended up with something like a latte and hot chocolate mixed together which they use the same color whatever I got at the end was not a coffee I do not recommend this place. Do not go here. Worst experience of my life.
