“We were in the area to see Cherry Blossom Festival in the local park. We originally planned to eat at our favorite restaurant Istanbul in Clifton NJ. We got hungry and looked for close by Turkish restaurants, found this place. Absolutely loved the ambiance, food and the service. We are hooked for life. Try the Calamari for appetizer, lamb shish kababs for main entry. Food was authentic and cooked to perfection. We will be back.”

“I’ve been looking for a Neapolitan pizza place for a bit and I just happened to see one in my own neighborhood! The pizza was incredible. The dough was perfect and the toppings complemented eachother really well. Staff was so warm and welcoming. It’s a cute little spot and feels cozy and comfortable inside. Will be coming back! Also always a bonus when the staff is respectful of my service dog!”

“I have been going to Sonoma almost weekly for over a year now. It started off with taco Thursdays and their delicious margarita specials and has now turned into exploring every menu item possible. I am consistently impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Incredibly delicious every single time. I am gluten intolerant which can pose challenges. The kitchen and staff have been amazing In accommodating my food allergy. I highly recommend Sonoma on any day of the week. It very quickly became my favorite go-to restaurants.”

“If you are looking for GOOD NY style pizza, you need to try Nonno's. There are many pizzerias in the Clifton / Nutley area, but in my opinion the pizza here is one of the best I have had. Sauce is favourable. Cheese is good quality unlike some places where they fall off the moment you pick up the slice. Service is super friendly and accommodating. It's a small place with a feeling of a neighbourhood-go-to pizzeria”

“Just had their cheese ravioli and manicotti. Wow! The manicotti was so delicious and creamy. Absolute heaven! And the ravioli were the best I’ve ever tasted. Deluxe! I’ll definitely be traveling the 1 hour+ up to Nutley to pick up more.”

“I first found this place through their stall at the Bergen Town Center, and I've been a customer ever since. They have so much sweets-wise from fruity drinks, sundays and so many fresh baked ube treats that are worth picking up. Personal favorite is their ube tres leches but anyone visiting should come back and work their way through their menu.”

Their variety of Cheescakes, Carrot cake, Fruit tarts, Cookies, Biscotti, Lobster tail pastries, and birthday cakes are to die for! I travel from anywhere to bring these along for any occasion and they never disappoint. It has become my family and friend's favorite as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“Drove by this place the other day and decided to check it out today, I was not disappointed. I had the rabo (ox tails) with arroz con gandules (rice and pigeon peas) along with a green salad with avocado and a chicken soup that slaps. The rabo was delicious, I had them pour a little of the sauce on the rice and it was incredible. The portions were perfect for what the prices are like today. I don’t know how long this place has been around but it’ll definitely be a go to spot for me if I want some good Latin food.”

“Honestly, this place ruined Chinese food for me anywhere else. The food is consistently insane. The boneless spare rib tips are hands down the best I’ve ever. The dumplings are incredible, and their Hot & Sour soup is on another level. I’ve tried countless Chinese spots over the years and nothing comes close to this place.

What really separates them is they don’t cheap out. They’re generous with the sauces, portions, and noodles — which is rare now. You can tell they actually care about the food and the customer experience instead of cutting corners like most places do. If you know good Chinese food, this spot is elite.”

“This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. I have been to all of them when I moved to Nutley and this restaurant consistently has the freshest ingredients and everything tastes great. The soup is fresh, no tin flavor that you find at other places. 10/10 would recommend a hidden gem in the area for sure.
