Emilios is a small, family run, neighborhood pizza spot. The food is fantastic, service friendly, and the owner Ralph is a great guy as well. The staff is not classically trained, neither are the chefs, which is what makes this place even more impressive as the food is always tasty. I am always in the lookout for great pizza places, and this is definitely in my top 5 in NJ. You can’t go wrong here if you are a fan of wood fire neapolitan pizza. My wife found this place on google and the reviews definitely encouraged us to try, and boy I am glad we did. I had been meaning to go for about a year. A friend and I finally went last night. The waitress was awesome! We ordered an appetizer: bruschetta. We shared a pizza...it was absolutely delish!
