“There fry chicken and fish rice is fire no one can beat there taste and there deals on food when I live there I used to eat there food for straight one year they are one of the best in service food and in taste and when ever I visit Newark I come to them first then I went to my home they are so nice“

“I love this Popeyes. I'm sure it's my problem since my brother is fine after eating here, but there's some kind of trigger food here that gives me severe indigestion. Food, service, and atmosphere is top-notch, I guess this must be the world's cruel way of balancing out such a great chain restaurant.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I was on a 14 for pain and was actually forced to throw up, while also still being constipated as of writing this message. If you eat here for the first time, I highly recommend you eat a small portion, and to drink plenty of water. Maybe try the sweet tea instead of soda to relieve your stomach. It might also be that they prepare food a certain way here, because I was fine the first couple of times I came, then slowly started to experience bad indigestion after meals. My brother has only been here twice and he's fine. We are both in our 20's.

Don't let my horrible experience daunt you, I just warn you if you have issues with GERD or indigestion. I still loved every bite, I just can't afford to come anymore for my personal health.

Edit: I've come back to give this place their 5-stars, turns out, I have fatty liver disease and Popeyes was a bad trigger. Take care of yourselves!

Edit 2: I actually had gallstones and this place always gave me episodes. Speaks for how greasy stuff is at Popeyes, the food is still really good, but for my health I won't be eating popeyes anymore! I will miss their fries!“

“Listen... I ordered a Fill up box which is nuggets, 4 piece chicken, 4 sauces, 4 biscuits and fries. It was reasonably priced. This meal was so seasoned and tender. My family loved it! And they are picky eaters.... Also the cook and staff was very friendly. Thanks guy's !!

“I’m visiting NJ (lived here for a long time) and wanted to eat some of my favorite foods. I ordered dinner from port of peri peri and it was perfectly cooked but missing my fries. I let that be known to the restaurant and received a small refund. Next night, I ordered dinner again and I received a large order of fries on the house as well as a discount card for 5% for dine in orders valid for one more week. Amazing customer service. If I were in NJ longer, I would surely order again! The food is absolutely delicious 😋“

“Okay so I do think this is a chicken and burger joint now combined together on the outside of the building. I really didn't notice the time for the chicken place. It was any small corner lit up attached to a burger place. With that said I am not mad at it as I ordered the bulgogi burger which was so good. Very soft and flavorful and I also ordered a order of 10-piece wings. I split it between soy, garlic and sweet and spicy. Now for me I am a Korean chicken lover and I just did it fully get the full experience of Korean Chicken meaning that in every bite it is very crunchy and it is packed with the sauce flavor on top for me. I did not get that full effect and that's really why. I love Korean f and wings that are usually double fried so they get a very nice crunch and the sauce is usually nicely styled on now. There was something wrong with the sauce but I would have liked to have a little bit more of it as well as more of a crunch. I would definitely come back here. I did notice that the burger place and the chicken plays. I have menus but a little bit different. I did order from Uber eats so I didn't really notice that at the time until I really checked out your iron. They do have the tablet where you can order from as soon as you get there. That has Uber just did for both places. However I was very happy with the wings. I got 10 pieces which I think you can order. I only ordered through the bloomberger site and they were nice sizes.“

“First time trying Dave’s and it was delicious! Brought my son for a quick bite and order just plain Dave’s bites and my son was obsessed! Hes super picky but the chicken was really juicy and fresh. “From the start from when we first walked in, the place smelled heavenly of fried chicken. The restaurant was clean and had no odor except the delicious smell of fried chicken. We were there at 5:30. The service was friendly and my husband and I were even told about the plastic glove that the napkins and fork were wrapped in when the guy behind the counter handed us our food. That glove came in handy when we ate our wings. We ordered sweet & spicy and BBQ. The coating was crispy and delish. Just how I like my wings. Not over sauced and hot! Definitely going back!!“

“I stopped here after I finished getting my nails done next door. I used their ATM and came back. I grabbed lamb over rice with salad. The lamb was delicious the rice was ok expected more flavor. People weren’t watching their kids and they were eating off other peoples plates. I don’t mind sharing with kids but please don’t allow them to stick their hands in random strangers plates.
