“I have been buying chicken pound and always spend over $100 on my orders but they do not care about its customers the last several orders has had damaged leaking packages or delays on delivery because they ship it UPS ground which can take 3-5 working days. The last order took 7 days before it was delivered and several packages were defrosted, warm, and possibly spoiled.I placed an order on 01/09/2024 in the morning and did not ship until the night of 01/16/2024 and is not expected to be delivered until 01/22/2024 and chicken pound is trying to fix the problems and issues with shipping. So we will see. I changed my prior review because I do enjoy the flavors ( cilantro-lime, BBQ, teriyaki, jerk, and balsamic) and the convenience of chicken pound.“
