They also have a lot of options when it comes to their sauce but I do recommend getting the white and green sauces to pair with the lamb. The service is also very accommodating and warm. it's a family run shop where the owners live right above the kitchen. the food is really good and the lady was super nice to us when ordering. the restaurant area itself is pretty basic, more of a takeout place than actual dine in.

A friend of mine recommended me to try this place and I had gotten the chicken meal with 2 sides (potatoes and Brussels sprouts) and the chicken was so fresh and juicy and the veggies were so crispy and delicious!!! When I want my order two last me for about 2-3 days I get a whole chicken with a side of BBQ sauce which is hands down a 10/10. Growing up chicken wings have always been my favorite food with buffalo wings being my go to before I discovered Korean fried chicken.

I’ve tried chicken from all of the local places and Don Chicken is by far the best! If you like heat I highly recommend the spicy soy garlic which is my go to flavor. It is hard to describe how perfectly they fry their wings - they are never soggy or too dry, consistently great every time.

A 10 piece order of wings is more than enough for one person (and I have a big appetite) - they are generous with their servings and the wings are meaty. The owners are super friendly people and create a clean welcoming environment.

Do not hesitate to give this place a try, you will not regret it! My wife loves the fries from here as well and I’ve included a picture of how large the drumsticks are if you prefer drums to wings (she chose the sweet & spicy flavor for her 5 piece order).

I will typically call to place an order for pick up, food is always fresh and ready in 10-15 minutes.

Like other Korean places they give you a disposable glove + radish to keep your hands clean and cut down the heat between bites which is a nice touch.

I sometime splurge and get the 3+2 garlic and soy sauce flavored wings and drumsticks. What I love is both freshness, taste and consistency. It’s a husband and wife small business so also love being able to help our local economy. It sure helps they’re so pleasant. “I’ve been ordering from the North Bergen Chicken Delight for quite some time. Every time I call, everyone there is very nice to speak with on the phone. Orders are always right. Food is always hot and delivery times are usually right. Lol. I don’t get mad if it’s a little late. I understand that there is traffic out there and this is a busy restaurant. One more thing I would like to mention. I’m not sure of the name of the girl on the phone when I just called, (I called Friday, 2/25/22 @ 7:30pm. She is the sweetest and nicest person I’ve ever spoke to on the phone when ordering food from any establishment. I highly recommend this Chicken Delight in North Bergen. Keep up the great work.“

“The fried chicken tastes delicious and you actually get meat with your order. Not just fried bones with little to no meat like some places around there. You can taste the seasoning on the chicken and even the fries (I assume they cook it all in the same oil). It’s a staple in the neighborhood. They also sell other types of meats and sides like rice and beans, plantains, spaghetti, fish, you name it they have it! And it’s delicious too. Definitely going back whenever I’m around that area.“
