“I gave 2 stars because the food quality and the taste is still top notch amongst the fast food industry. Otherwise, it would have deserved 0 star. It's the service that had brought down the rating. It is slow and the staffs are rude. Also, it's located in a service area off the Garden State Parkway, so price gouging is suspected. You won't be able to place an order online or from the app, which is another clue that pricing gouging is being played here. So, go to a different location if you want to be treated right.

Update: They must have read all the negative reviews previously left for them. My last visit there was a complete make over. The service was much better. While I was enjoying my hash browns, a staff came over and gave me another portion because she felt the order that she gave me earlier felt light to her. Wow! What a difference between now and then. So I have decided to update the review.“

It was all the music I grew up listening to as a kid, and it made me feel at home. McKenzie was our server and she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The menu has so many great choices, but the specials shouldn't be slept on either! Here's what we had: Appetizers: -Brussels sprouts salad with sliced apple, marinated feta, roasted squash, candied pecans, quinoa and tossed in a vinaigrette - Kabocha squash ravioli in a braised beef and peanut ragu, crispy eggplant and a peanut-green bean crumble. “Best Poke Bowl I've ever had. I did custom - Spicy Tuna, Yellowtail and Eel. Everything was fresh and delicious and they don't charge extra for Avocado like most places. Service is friendly and polite, served with a smile. It's next to the Dunkin behind Maggie's. Hard to see from Hamburg. Definitely check it out. 10/10“

“Where do I even begin? The pita? Perfect texture and taste. The cherry tomatoes? Obviously fresh, juicy, and sourced from a great farm. The romain? Plentiful and CRISP. The Dill and Taziki sauce? Also VERY fresh, has a citrus kick somewhere, and seems to be made fresh as well. Because it doesn't taste like a store bought sauce filled with preservatives. The hummus? That might actually be where the citrus is from. However, the hummus is not overly salty! You can actually taste the Chickpeas and they use good ingredients as well as olive oil for the hummus too! The chicken? Is in NO way shape or form dry and it's actually seasoned! It's juicy and normal is it overcooked. The olives? Brothers and sisters I HATE olives by themselves, rarely on certain foods. But these olives are not overpowering and stealing the flavor profile, it just adds more depth to the flavor bomb of the Greek chicken Pita! The feta? What could be bettah? Seriously though if you can see this picture you should've seen that they don't skip on the feta either. Again the flavor is ALL the way there but not overpowering. While the texture is almost creamy. Probably with assistance from the sauce but still, it's not overly dry! 10/10 Would recommend & I will be back! Now the facility was spotless, the cleanest "fast food" I've ever seen. The staff? Phenomenonal, personable, kind, attentive to details, and downright superstars that make that place run like clockwork! Wooooo wo weeeee wo!!! If you haven't been here then you've got to go!! “This place is located adjacent to Penn Station Newark, right across the street, and can be accessed through an above ground gateway (so you are completely under cover for the entire journey). So, the location is prime if you are in need of waiting for a train. There are seating areas in the restaurant ... as well as a lobby area just a few feet away. And it is relatively quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of the train station.

On to the food ... quite good. I went for the Chicken Gyro. I happen to get it as it was freshly carved off the spit. Yum! I paired it with some fries and a soda. Exactly what I wanted. And then, as mentioned previously, a comfortable place to sit and wait for my train.“
